You can change your Medipass account details such as phone number, email, private health insurance, or date of birth if you have made a mistake.

On mobile
First, log in to my.medipass.io and select 'Details' at the top of the screen.

You can then select "Edit", which is located next to the member's name.

Once you have updated the member details, click "Save".

Note: If you have changed health funds you will need to delete your old health fund details by clicking "delete health fund"

Desktop
Just log into my.medipass, click on "Member details" if you're on a desktop.

You can then select the "Edit" button, to the right of your name.

Once you're happy with the changes, click "Save"
