You can access the fee schedule on your HBF application.

You can access the new 'HBF Dental Schedule' fee list on the application to the HBF agreement. 

The HBF application can be located in the 'Documents' tab on your Tyro Health Online portal.

Click on the "HBF Member Plus Dental Application" and scroll to the bottom of the page.

Here, you will see the option to download a PDF version of this document titled 'HBF Dental Schedule 2019'.
