When adding a new staff member to your business, you are not required to assign an email to them unless they are looking to log into Medipass or are a practice manager. If you add in a staff member and assign them an email that is already in use you will receive this error -


If they'd like to log into Medipass you will need to assign an email address that is unique to them and not currently in use by other staff within your business.
