How to update staff details

Follow these instructions to edit staff details

Need to update staff details or provider number? No worries!

To edit staff details

Select "Staff" located on the left-hand side menu.

There, you will be able to see all staff members attached to your business or location.

You can click on the staff member you would like to edit, or search for their name.

After selecting the staff member, you can then select which option to edit by selecting one of the "Edit" buttons.

You can then edit all of the staff's details like their contact details, email address, etc. If you wish to edit your Tyro Health Online account email, you will be required to enter the new email by selecting "Details". 

To add or edit providers registration and professional categories, scroll to the "Provider registration" section and you will be able to add, remove and edit their provider registration details. The provider registration details will provide an overview and description of this staff members profession that other staff and patients to view. 

To add additional provider numbers, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "Add a provider number"

There you can add the correct fund, correct location or provider number 

Once you have added the correct details, be sure to delete the incorrect provider number details by clicking the red rubbish bin.

After editing remember to hit ‘Save changes’ at the bottom of the page.
