Medipass allows you to quickly and easily create a quote that gets sent directly to your patient's mobile app. They'll get a notification to let them know a new quote has arrived and can then book their appointment through their app.

Step By Step
To start, click on "Quotes" on the left-hand side of the screen.
If you've created quotes in the past, they'll be displayed here. To start a new quote, click the green "Create Quote" button in the top right-hand corner.
Fill in the details of the consultation and the patient the quote is for, and click "Continue". If the item you are quoting for is not an existing service and you think you might use it again, select "Save Service" and you won't have to fill in the price next time. We'll remember it for you! For more info on creating services, have a look over here. Hot tip: If you make a mistake, there is a little red trash can to the left each item which you can simply click on to get rid of any unwanted items.
You'll now see a summary of the quote you've created. Your patient will receive this in their HICAPS Go app and they can now choose to go ahead and book in with you. That's it - job done in no time!
