If you need to cancel a payment before your patient has approved it, you can simply press the 'cancel' button in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. Your patient can also reject the payment in their app. It's important to note too, that any payments left pending on the patient's end for more than 15 minutes will automatically be cancelled.
