Sometimes you may need to email a patient another copy of their receipt, or send it to a different email address to what's saved in their Medipass account. Once their payment is completed, simply click "Send Receipt" at the bottom of the payment screen and type the patient's email address into the box that appears.

You can use this function for a payment that's just been created, or find an old payment by going to the "Payments" section of your Medipass portal.
