If you receive this error, this is likely to be caused by the billable item in your settings.
A "Billable item" is usually attached to your appointment type, the billable item code reflects the HICAPS item codes.
A "Billable item" must match a HICAPS item code as this is what we use when making a private health insurance claim.

Note: A Billable item must only be digits.
