We have made some changes to our User Terms and Privacy Policy to reflect additional functionality that we intend to offer to users of the Medipass platform. We have also further clarified certain sections of our User Terms and Privacy Policy.

The User Terms and Privacy Policy are effective for all users from 1 May, 2019. You can review the new User Terms here and the new Privacy Policy here.

Below is a short summary of some of the changes that we have made to our Privacy Policy and User Terms.  We encourage you to take the time to read the User Terms and Privacy Policy in full:

Updates to the User Terms

  • We’ve renamed this from Terms and Conditions to User Terms. 
  • We made changes to the User Terms to make them easier to read and understand.
  • We’ve made the process for how we may amend the User Terms clearer.
  • We’ve expressly outlined representations and warranties, and how User Terms are to be interpreted.

Updates to our Privacy Policy

  • We made changes to the Privacy Policy to make it easier to read and understand.
  • We have provided more information in the Privacy Policy, to clarify how we collect, store, use, share and protect your information.
  • We have clarified who the Privacy Policy applies to.
  • We’ve included more information on how you can access and correct your personal information.
  • We have updated our Complaints Handling Process.
  • We have included a Privacy Collection Statement at the point in which we collect personal information to notify you of the personal information being collected.
