What is Medipass?
Our mission is to simplify Australian healthcare payments and claiming. Think of us as your single connection point to the numerous bodies that fund your patients' care.
Medipass is a powerful platform, with many different features. How you use Medipass will depend on how you run your practice. This video provides a brief overview of how you can use Medipass to simplify billing and claiming for your business.

What can you do with Medipass?
Medipass Card Payments (MCP) enables you to process payments from debit and credit cards without a physical terminal. Instead, payments are processed directly in Medipass software, or sent to your patient’s mobile device to be approved. For more information, click here.
Medicare and DVA
You can use Medipass to submit both bulk billed and patient claims to Medicare, as well as DVA claims. You can also take a payment for a patient claim at the same time from within Medipass. If you are interested in using our Medicare and DVA integration, you can begin the setup right in your Medipass portal. You can learn more about the features and associated pricing here.
Insurance and Care NSW (icare NSW)
Medipass enables providers to submit digital workers compensation invoices to icare NSW (the state government insurance scheme for all work-related injuries) for digital straight-through processing. If you are interested in using our icare integration, you can begin the setup right in your Medipass portal. For more information, click here.
In October 2017, we proudly launched our offering alongside Australia’s leading provider of claim and payment services to ancillary providers; HICAPS.
At Medipass, we power HICAPS Go, a fully digital and contactless quote and claim experience. We do this by virtualising the HICAPS terminal and the patient Private Health Insurance membership card.

Overseas Health Cover (OHC)
Medipass enables General Practitioners and Medical Specialists to claim online for services delivered to patients who are covered by an Overseas Health Cover (OHC) policy. This includes workers, students and visitors who are in Australia and who have purchased an OHC policy, usually as a visa requirement. For more information, click here.

NDIS (coming soon)
Medipass will shortly enable you to send invoices to a range of NDIS Plan Managers, all from your browser and without needing to understand specific invoicing requirements. To register your interest, click here.
