When you're setting up your Medipass account or completing an invoice, you may see a prompt to enable your location services. 

This is necessary for two reasons:

  1. So that you can easily find providers near your location in our directory;
  2. All healthcare providers are registered to practice from specific locations. We need to ensure that when a claim is created, it's coming from a verified location. The most accurate way to do this is to check where you are when you approve the claim. 

If you selected "I don't want to share my location" when prompted you'll be able to click "Go back & try again".
If you tapped "Don't Allow" when you were setting up the HICAPS Go app, you can go into your phone's settings, find HICAPS Go and enable location services.
