About settlement reporting in Tyro Health Online

Claims and payments processed using Tyro Health Online can be viewed from the 'INVOICES' page and - to help with reconciliation - you can also see the associated settlement reports for approved transactions that have been paid. To find your remittance advice, navigate to the 'REMITTANCE' page using the sidebar.

After Tyro Health Online sends funds to your nominated bank account, an email summary will be sent with the details of each settlement - find out more about setting up remittance notification emails.

Daily or monthly

Tyro Health Online organises settlement reporting into either daily or monthly remittance advice:

  • The Daily tab shows settlement payments for each individual funder and selecting one will show all the relevant invoices for that remittance advice, including the bank lodgement reference and account details - you can also download as either a .PDF or .csv file.

  • The Monthly tab provides a downloadable .csv summary per funder containing all the individual settlement runs for the listed funder, including the amount settled each day, the relevant account details, and more.

Search and filter

Both the daily and monthly options include a range of filter options, including the date range, who the settlement was to/from, and the funder included. The daily option also includes a free text search, so you can look up amounts and more.

For settlements managed by Tyro Health Online, select the "Tyro Health Online" option from the 'Settlement from' filter.
