The HBF Member Plus Dental Agreement can be accessed through the Tyro Health Online portal. Once you have signed up for Tyro Health Online, navigate to the "Documents" section on the left-hand side of your screen (if you're using a device with a smaller screen, you may need to scroll down).

Click on the HBF agreement to read through all the information, and download the relevant documents.

Once you're ready to apply, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the HBF document and click the blue "Apply" button.

Fill out the application form that appears, and then click "Submit". You will then see your application appear under the "Documents" section of your Tyro Health Online account, where you will be able to track its progress.

Frequently Asked Questions

I can't see the HBF document

If the HBF document does not appear in the "Documents" section of your Tyro Health Online portal, check that you have HBF provider numbers for your staff within their staff profiles. Otherwise, send us a message via the chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and we will assist.

What is a Practice Representative?

A Practice Representative must be authorised by all practitioners at the location to contract on their behalf, and will be responsible for enforcing the Terms of the Dental Arrangement with all practitioners. This person may be the business owner, associate or principal dentist. Please note the contact details provided in this section will be used for all official HBF communications about the Members Plus Dental Arrangement.

What do I do if I have providers missing from my application?

You will need to add the missing providers in as staff members in your Tyro Health Online portal, and ensure they each have the provider number they use for the location you are applying on behalf of. For more information, head to this article: Adding Missing Staff To Your HBF Agreement.

I have questions about the agreement itself.

Please refer to the HBF Dental Provider FAQs. You can also contact HBF directly via AncillaryProviders@hbf.com.au or on (08) 9265 8878.

If you require further assistance, you can contact the Tyro Health Online support team by clicking the chat bubble located on the bottom right of your browser or by emailing support@tyrohealth.com.
