When creating a Medicare payment request, you have the option to submit the claim part of the payment separately, if the payment has already been taken.
This allows you to take your customers payment on the spot before they leave your practice and process the claim later on.
Create your payment request as normal, filling out your service details, patient details, referral details (if required) and the service or services provided.

Once you've created your claim select 'Continue to payment.'
On the next screen select 'Do not process with Medipass.'
Once you've done that click the 'Submit' button.
