First, you will need to log in to your Medipass portal as normal.

From the menu on the left-hand-side, select the "Staff" tab like so:

Then, you will need to select the staff member whose email you wish to update from your list of staff:

Once you can view the staff members details, you will need to click the button "Edit" in the top-right-corner:

Here you will have the option to update the staff member's other details. To update their email, you will first need to remove the Medipass account.
Just select "Remove Medipass account"

You'll be asked if you're sure, and to type the staff member's email address to remove this.

Now you can select "Edit", and select "Yes" when asked if the staff member need to log in to this business.

You can now input this staff members new or amended email address, and select "Save changes".

The staff member will be sent a welcome email, where they can verify their email address and log in to Medipass.
