You might be wondering why you can't cancel a bulk bill claim like you can for patient claims. This is because it's not something Medicare supports. The process for cancelling a bulk bill claim is to contact the eBusiness line on 1800 700 199.
In most cases, you will need to provide them with the following information:
Your Location ID/Minor ID (This can be found in the "Practice" tab for the practice that the bulk bill was raised for)
Servicing provider number for the claim
Medicare Transaction ID
Date of service
