Terms and conditions that apply for promotional codes used with Medipass
- You are eligible for a Promotional Offer if you have received an offer from Medipass or one of our partners.
- Promotional Offer entitles businesses to receive specific Benefits, usually as reduced Medipass transaction fees for the period of time indication.
- Benefits expires on the date indicated by your Promotional Offer.
- The value of the Benefits from the Promotional Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged.
- Offer cannot be applied to previously provided services or products.
- Promotional Offer may be revoked at any time, for any reason, by Medipass Solutions Pty Ltd.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and only one offer per user per account may be used.
- Your use of the Promotional Offer constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
How do I apply a Promotional Offer?
Most Promotional Offers are automatically applied, which means you do not need to do anything. Medipass will track your usage and apply the offer automatically.
In some instances, you may be specifically requested to enter a Promotional Code to accept an offer. To do this:
- Click on "Business Settings" on the left hand side of your Medipass screen
- Go to the Billing tab
- Click + Add a promo code.
- Enter the promotional code in the box, and click "Apply". Your code will be applied for the relevant length of time.
