Several features will require you to verify the business before you can start or recommence creating claiming and invoices. For example, if you reach our Medicare/DVA weekly threshold or want to use icare claiming.
This is a part of our regulatory commitment to health funds like Medicare and to prevent fraud. If you are required to verify your business, we will reach out to you to outline the steps to verify specific to your business. 

Here's a brief overview on the process: 

  1. Email notification - we will contact your business admin directly notifying you that your business requires verification

  2. Business beneficiary identification - Login to Medipass > navigate to Business Settings > click "Verify business" under your listed ABN/ACN, follow the prompts to verify all the listed beneficiaries 

Please note that businesses that involve a trust or partnership will differ to above process and we will contact you advising what is required.
