This article explains how to set up HICAPS Go for your business. For more information on what HICAPS Go is and how it works, click here.

Medipass enables you to process private health insurance claims entirely online, without the need for a terminal. Claims are approved by sending an SMS to your client, and their saved private health insurance and payment card details are used to finalise both the claim and payment instantly. No more bits of paper or forgotten cards!

To use this feature, you need to be registered with HICAPS for a product called HICAPS Go (however, you do not need to be renting a terminal).

If you're already a HICAPS customer, click here to add HICAPS Go to your agreement.

If you're not a HICAPS customer yet, click here to fill in a New Merchant Application and sign up for HICAPS Go.

You can also click this button in Medipass any time to be taken to either application form.

Once your application is received by HICAPS, they will process it and send your details to us so that we can enable you for claiming in Medipass. This process usually takes about five business days.
