Medipass is making some changes, which may impact how you claim and pay.
We are slowly transitioning our providers and partners away from Medipass Consumer Accounts, in favour of new experiences which are easier to navigate.
As a consumer or patient, you may notice that you are no longer asked to sign into you Medipass Consumer Account to complete a transaction with your saved card details. This may mean that you are required to re-enter payment or private health insurance details. If you do this, you will also be given the option to securely store these details with Medipass to easily re-use them next time you visit that provider or claim and pay online. You are not required to store these details if you would prefer to re-enter them each time you transact.
You will continue to be able to sign into your existing Medipass Consumer Account to view your transaction history.
