Medipass has made changes which may impact how you claim and pay.

There are two key changes which we have made to make way for newer experiences which are simpler and easy to navigate. Those changes are:

As a consumer or patient, you may notice that you are no longer asked to sign into you Medipass Consumer Account to complete a transaction with your saved card details. This may mean that you are required to re-enter payment or private health insurance details. You will also not be able to use the HICAPS Go Consumer App to approve claims and payments. Instead, you will receive payment requests from your service providers via other methods, such as SMS or email.

You will continue to be able to sign into your existing Medipass Consumer Account to view your transaction history.
