This article covers:

Over 98% of Australians with private health insurance are able to use Tyro HealthPoint to process their private health insurance claims. As noted below, you can still use Tyro Health Online to complete a patient invoice and take payment in full from patients with non-participating funds.

Please check this list regularly because we hope to have more funds added for each claim submission type in the future.

Submitting claims for other funds

If you need to process a claim for a fund not listed or available for digital claims, you can still use Tyro Health Online to complete a patient invoice. With this option, you can create an invoice that your patient can use to submit a claim to their health fund and process a fully out-of-pocket service payment using Tyro Health Online Payments.
