A "force refresh" is a quick option that could solve an issue you're having with your Medipass portal.

For example, if you're unable to see a button that previously was displaying clicking the force refresh option will refresh your Medipass portal and show you the most recent version of Medipass. Hopefully the button will then be displaying!

To force refresh first select the "HELP" option at the top right of your screen.

Then select "FORCE REFRESH".

This will then refresh your Medipass portal.
