Bills (Tax Invoices) for Tyro Health Online are issued and charged to a business and these cannot be separately generated and sent by location or provider - find out more about setting up Tyro Health Online for multiple providers.

Invoices are only generated if paid functionality was used for that billing month, if paid functionality wasn't used, then no invoice is generated and made available to download.

How to download your monthly invoice

  1. Navigate to the "business settings" page using the sidebar (see below).

  2. Select the "billing" tab, then scroll down to "billing history".

  3. Click on the three horizontal blue dots for a given month, then "download invoice".

Invoices for and prior to the June 2023 billing period aren't available to download from Tyro Health Online - for these previous months, your business admin(s) would have received a Tax Invoice by email as your receipt after your payment method was successful charged.

Start by creating a table

Pressing 'Command + T' (Mac) or 'Control + T' (Windows) to bring up the 'Create Table' function. Ensure the checkbox 'My table has headers' is ticked then click "OK".

"Sort/filter" the columns to sum up fees

With your table created, you can now sort/filter columns to sum the charges depending on how your business may allocate and pay fees - the spreadsheet is initially ordered alphabetically by location (far left column).

The total shown on an invoice is the amount payable and is calculated by adding the rounded charges per location and per provider for seperate paid functionality from the 'download transactions' CSV file.

Remittance reporting

Remittances in Tyro Health Online contains a daily or monthly view of what transactions have been settled and where the payment has come from. You can see the details of deposits in detail and get quick access to invoices. You can access this reporting by going to ‘Remittances’ and then selecting ‘Monthly’.

To identify Tyro Health Online Payments, look for settlements from “Tyro Health Online”. If you compare the remittance report to your monthly Tyro Health Online invoice, you may see a discrepancy between the two monthly amounts. This is expected and due to:

  • Some transactions may settle after you receive your monthly Tyro Health Online invoice. For example, a transaction processed on the last day of the month will be included in your invoice but won’t show up as a remittance until the next business day; and

  • A payment hold is counted as a transaction so adds towards the monthly Tyro Health Online invoice. However, the remittance report will only show one transaction instead of the hold plus the subsequent payment (the transaction value isn’t charged twice in this scenario).
